Want to drop an outdoor C1D2 / C1D1 container on your property? C1D1 Labs LLC is now proud to announce our new line of prefabricated processing rooms. These containers do not need to be constructed, they are plug and play, turn key hazardous areas built for any industry. 

These outdoor C1D2 / C1D1 hazardous booths are strategically created with the ability to drop on a piece of property or attached to a building and become operational as fast as possible. Each weatherproof model comes with all the explosion proof fans, lighting, sensors, plenums and interlocks you will need to pass inspection.

Each C1D2 / C1D1 container comes with a stamped engineer peer review for easy approval. This 50 page packet goes over each code required for an hazardous booth to be compliant. This 3rd party engineer review is the gold standard in specialized hazardous equipment and will streamline your review process. We have not had a C1D2 / C1D1 booth or container turned down with this packet to date.

Our three new prefabricated class 1 division 1 containers all have their own advantages. C1D1 labs offers small 8×20 units for easy drag and drop options. These work for facilities with smaller areas to hold hazardous materials outside the building. This size doubles when looking at the 8×40 container. This allows for much more space for larger processing or storage. Finally, we offer a 40′ container that is split down the middle with a fire rated door, separating the classified C1D1 area with a non classified working space. Allowing for one container to have multiple uses, such as post-processing.
