Wiped Film Evaporation

When it's time to scale your distillation equipment's throughput, a wiped film evaporation system is the solution. These systems add a continuous feed functionality that will will allow for increased production rates. In addition to a heating element that has much less residence time for the crude oil in the system.

High quality wiped film evaporation has never been more affordable either. HVE systems have the high flow rate and high quality wipers to keep your distillate pouring. These units strip volatile compounds at a flow rate of 6kg an hour with the removable “cone-bottom”. When running your distillate for final product the HVE feeds 2kg to 4kg an hour.


Precise vacuum monitoring and analytics are provided by the LS-PVM-1BT, a Bluetooth-capable (and EliteLab® compatible) vacuum gauge mounted to the rear of the high surface area, baffled Auxiliary Condenser/Cold trap, which is also constructed of Stainless Steel.
