Removing remaining solvent from your product with a vacuum oven is a common post processing operating procedure done in extraction laboratories. C1D1 Labs LLC is proud to be distributing Across International vacuum ovens of all sizes. These UL listed ovens are approved for permitted lab use. Each Across International Vacuum Oven comes standard with an oil-filled vacuum gauge, secondary over-temp protection dial, stainless steel vacuum & vent valve, stainless steel tubing, and two year warranty. Unmatched research and development has resulted in a vacuum oven that creates equal distribution of heat, accurate readings and longer product life. Each vacuum oven for extraction goes through a 2 hour vacuum test in either New Jersey or Nevada before it is shipped to you.
These vacuum ovens are commonly used to degassing or “purging” oils. By heating up solvents in the oven and then pulling the volatiles out with a deep vacuum created from a vacuum pump. Cold traps are available to capture terpenes as they are pulled from the vacuum oven, which will extend the life of your vacuum or scroll pump.
