X-Spiral Membrane Recovery
Introducing the X-Spiral, the newest innovation in membrane solvent recovery, dewaxing, pesticide remediation, and color remediation. In our opinion, the X-spiral is the best solvent recovery system for it’s cost currently on the market and we are proud to announce distribution of this product to our customers. Using membrane technology, the X-spiral is able to not only beat upfront costs, but also remove the excessive energy costs that come with a falling film evaporator. These machines are also rated to Class 1 Division 1 and comply with any fire code standards your local municipality may require. The X-spiral has comes in three options and can range from 60gph up to 800 gph for both ethanol recovery and dewaxing your product. This membrane ethanol recovery skid is able to reach these high numbers and low energy costs by eliminating the need for a phase change and keeping the solvent / product in a liquid state. This eliminates the need for a large boiler and cooling system that can take the heat load from distillation. For many clients, eliminating the bottleneck, price point, and energy consumption of a falling film means making product at a price point to make the ROI to keep them in the market. In addition to solvent recovery and dewaxing, the X-Spiral is able to do much more like color remediation and pesticide remediation. What does this mean for your production costs? Well, for starters many clients use a carbon filtration skid in their production for color remediation. However, replacing these carbon filters can be costly over time. By getting the same result with your membrane skid, you are able to increase your efficiency and cost of goods. Recovery and Decarboxylation Reactors
Meet the decarboxylation reactor about to make your life easier. Our Innovative solution to solvent recovery includes 15kw of built in C1D1 heaters and explosion proof agitation that is all controlled by our UL listed digital control panel. By heating up the solution and changing the solvent from a liquid to a gas, we are able to separate the last amounts of solvent and then condense the solvent back into a liquid to be reused later for extraction. By adding dual condensing coils and matching them with a chiller, we are able to cool down these chambers to allow for the desired condensation. In addition, we also include a chemical resistant scroll pump and a dry ice cold trap to create the vacuum required for solvent recovery.
Each recovery and decarboxylation reactor comes with a touch screen control panel that individually control the heat and speed of the agitation of the decarb reactor. Even the vacuum can now be controlled and programmed with the new 4-channel digital vacuum controller. By creating a recovery and decarboxylation reactor with the ability to have so much control, we are able to create SOPs for different inputs and match these reactors with the X-spiral membrane recovery skids for a complete solution. This means being able to adjust the software on the reactor to handle solutions with different amounts of solvent, or even different types of solvent. The reactor can easily switch from recovery to decarboxylation and fully prepare your product for distillation. Creating an all in one solution to preparing your crude oil. These units are available in 50L – 100L – 200L options.
