These three models will be available for production immediately, however the C1D1 Extraction Booth can come in any size. We are working with companies with multi-million dollar build-outs to help design their facilities to optimize throughput and lab capacity. No job is too big or too small for C1D1 Labs, LLC.
Our goal is to get your lab permitted for operational status. Our modular c1d1 extraction rooms are easily built in days, not weeks streamlining the entire permitting process. With your deposit, you will receive a packet of information to give your local municipality. This will include diagrams of the 2 hour fire wall ratings, c1d1 lights and UL components, automatic and independent fire-suppression system (standard), and spark proof fans.
All of our units come with fire suppression standard.

We are proud to be bringing the high quality product on the market at the most affordable price! Competitors like HAL extraction booth advertise having a fire rating. When we called, we found out they do not! FlexMod extraction rooms come with a 1 hour fire rated wall. What does this mean? Local fire departments like Oakland, are starting to require 2 hour fire rated walls for extraction rooms in their city. If you currently own a HAL or FlexMod, you will have to outfit your current booth with extra parts and labor. This will not only cost you way more money that you intended to spend, but it make their booth useless if it cannot pass inspection from the city.

We are at the heart of regulations for the entire industry and are working closely with the Oakland Fire Department to stay AHEAD of the regulation changes and create standards for safety.
This is why we decided to include our automatic, independent fire-suppression system with all of our C1D1 extraction rooms at no extra costs to our purchasers….without increasing the price tag. It’s time to stop overcharging people in the industry and start creating value.
