Should you build your C1D1 extraction room?
There is no doubt buying a C1D1 booth or container can cost a pretty penny. However, can you do it yourself. The short answer is yes. You can build a C1D1 room yourself, but here the main reasons why we suggest purchasing a C1D1 Labs LLC modular extraction booth:

Engineering can be costly, time consuming, and incorrect
- All engineers aren’t equal. Most are not familiar with the ICC, NFPA, and other fire codes, HVAC mechanical codes, and industry specific codes. Paying an engineer to learn codes can be time consuming. Which is costly for more than one reason. Any successful business owner will preach the importance of compliance and speed to market. Having multiple inspections to fix simple mistakes could cost you weeks, or months in a non-operational status. In order to build your room, it will have to be designed by a PE engineer and a letter/stamp should be submitted to the municipality. For the reasons listed above, we suggest you leave the engineering to us! Our booths even have a patent pending digital control system.
