Setting up the Extraction Booth
Our C1D1 extraction booth system can be shipped from one place to another so as to ensure an easy onsite construction. A forklift will be required for the unloading of crate upon delivery, the panel is of various sizes and once it is gotten into your space you will be able to set up an Extraction Booth System.
C1D1 Labs, LLC has the highest quality extraction booths that can be assembled within days. It can then be connected to electrical and mechanical system, and ready for inspections! You do not require a large overhead, freight doors or the need to demolish your facility before the unit is properly placed. Time for the assembly may vary based on the size of the unit which is purchased.
Placement
Our Extraction Booth is assembled from the exterior, so space is required for the worker between the exterior wall of the Extraction Booth System as well as the walls of the building.
We suggest room to build the C1D1 Lab from the outside, in addition to considering room for any electrical panels. All of our Extraction Rooms are built with 2 hour fire rated walls. This allows a much more flexibility with where out booths can be placed in your building.
Once a down-payment is made, C1D1 Labs, LLC will send your city and fire department a packet of information, including diagrams of the 2 hour fire rated walls, C1D1 lighting, spark-proof exhaust fans, and more.
INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
Electrical
- A licensed electrician is required for the installation of each Extraction Booth System.
- The service rendered by licensed electrician includes the connection to the power supply of the building because this is not included in the Extraction Booth or assembly unless otherwise stated.
- All that is needed to power the Extraction Booth System is a single, 208V, single-phase 20-amp circuit.
Mechanical
- The service of a mechanical contractor includes the installation of duct-work.. This is not included with the C1D1 Extraction Room unless it is specified by the agreement.
- The HVAC within the Extraction Booth should be able to provide adequate ventilation for the entire unit.
Fire Suppression
Fire suppression systems are included in our C1D1 Extraction Booth and are also integrated to enhance the safety of the system. It will likewise enhance the safety of the workers so that they can focus on the extraction process.
