Pre-Engineered Ethanol Extraction Rooms

When creating a crude to distillate manufacturing facility, it is important to give yourself the right tools to succeed. Breaking down large loads of biomass into crude, then processing. Crude into high potency distillate takes accurate precision, and the right equipment. Why use a modular ethanol extraction room? However, one of the most valuable pieces of equipment you can for your facility is a pre-engineered ethanol extraction booth. Therefore, the truth is, not every engineer is the same. We have seen many companies try to engineer their own extraction rooms. End up spending 2x on engineering designs, doing reviews, and making mistakes. Furthermore, as a service, we offer consulting on building your own compliant extraction rooms, and even sell all the equipment as a kit! However, most of our consulting clients end up purchasing a booth after we explain to their architects. Engineers what needs to be completed and why. Moreover, if you are interested in this service, please fill out the form below.

C1D1 Labs LLC is proud to announce off of our extraction booths are now PSI approved for ethanol extraction. This means a streamlined process to getting your booth, and your facility operational. This is the key to any manufacturing facility’s success. However, by gaining gold standard approvals like Pressure Safety Inspectors. We are able to get your modular ethanol extraction room through the local fire department’s plan review and inspections.

Our ETOH Modular Extraction Booths

When designing our ethanol extraction rooms, we had size in mind. This is why our most popular ETOH extraction booth was designed 15′ wide, 26′ long, and 14′ tall. We know if you are choosing ethanol, you may have bigger equipment and desire more room. However, this is also the reason why we have developed 8′ tall double doors. Give you easy access to your stainless steel equipment. Therefore, all of our booths we designed Class 1 Division 1, not Class 1 Division 2. This is because spending the extra money on Div 1 lighting and electronics, isn’t that much more. However, the level of safety and flexibility of your extraction room now dramatically increases. The biggest expense is designing and engineering extraction rooms, and the time it takes to complete this process. Furthermore, the idea is to prepare for regulations, and get the designs right the first time.

Understanding C1D1 Compliance in Extraction Facilities

Introduction to C1D1 Design Principles In the realm of extraction facility design, particularly when working with light hydrocarbon solvents, the establishment of a Class 1 Division 1 (C1D1) hazardous location is critical for operational safety and fire code compliance. Ensuring that both the extraction equipment and the surrounding room environment adhere to the stringent requirements set forth by the National
